A modern business system for queue management

Q-channel is a modern business system for management of queues, registration and reporting. We integrate other business systems and digital signage. Q-channel constitutes a great base to utilize   other functions when meeting customers. Other than functions to handle various queue types, Q-channel also includes functions for booked meetings, which are also integrated with further transfer to sms. Statistics such as queue lengths, queue times etc can be generated automatically and can, for instance, be collected directly from the Internet in all stores in a store chain. Earlier,  queue systems have very rarely been used for information about queue times, queue lengths etc. Q-channel has included these functions from the very beginning. Therefore, Q-channel becomes an   effective resource when planning resource allocation.

Our vision is that the queue systems' role is changing and expanding and is being given a larger level of importance in companies and governments when it comes to meetings with customers, and   therefore it is similar to a business system. The queue systems' role is more focused around personnel and resource allocation along with increasing effectivity and minimising queue lengths and times, through integration with other business systems etc.
