Apotek LUA AB uses queue system Q-channel
New customer Apotek (Pharmacy) LUA AB uses the queue system Q-channel tomanage customers at the prescription counter. The customer at Apotek LUA AB is met by a touchscreen which manages thequeue for prescriptions. At the pharmacy there are also smaller LCD displayswhich show queue numbers. In the waiting room there is a TV which shows TVprograms, and on this TV there is an integrated area in the upper right cornerwith information from the queue system about the next numbers in line. Thesystem also includes web based statistics with information for the staff.
