New customer mStore, an Apple Premium Partner, uses the queue system Q-channel in their shops in Stockholm. The system is customized and adapted in accordance with mStore design. The layout on the touchscreen where the customer takes  their queue ticket and also the layout on the displays for viewing of queue numbers and advertisements is completely adapted for mStore. The tripod also has a design which has been customized for mStore and fits perfectly with the design of the store. 

 Q-channel is a modern business system for management of queues with various functions including, but not limited to SMS and email notifications, management of prioritized queues and management of dynamic queues. Within the system web based statistics are also available for resource allocation and planning. The queue system Q-channel is easily integrated with digital signage for showing of advertisements and information.

The Q-channel queue system is often, as in this case, also adapted to the customer’s environment, appearance and design in the store.
